I'm having very similar issues like you are. If it is good or if I can't get it checked, I will see about getting a tech out ( 65 miles). If there are none, I will carry my joystick to my Case dealer and see if I can get it checked on a machine. I will have to get the DISPLAY/SERVICE switch working to make sure I don't have any codes. The buzz sounds like it comes from behind the dash. The bump up/down works but has a buzz at 20%, 30%, and 60%. This may not mean anything but it is odd. The switch problem is keeping me from knowing if there are any fault codes. I don't know if these switches could have anything to do with the no movement problem. With key on I get "N 3502.3X", (machine hours)press the UP/DOWN once, I get "N 0 RPM" press it again I get "NS NONE". I am getting power to its mate, the UP/DOWN switch. I will pull the dash and check the switch. I get no change in the display when the button is pushed. The DISPLAY/SERVICE switch has quit working about the time I shuffled relays around. GaryHoff, I incorrectly stated in my last post there were no fault codes. Perhaps a corroded terminal pin or bad ground to the controller could be causing some issues.Īnother option would be if you could arrange to have a dealer Service Tech stop by your machine with his laptop service tool, there are various checks he could do to help pin point the issue. Simply take them off, inspect, clean as required, and put back on. If you have not already checked the wiring harness connection to the controller, it might be worth doing a quick check. In the same sprit as Gary says to move the joystick around, try cycling back and forth both levers.Īs I seem to recall only one lever up/down is required to start the engine, but both required down to move the vehicle, perhaps swap the lever sensors and see what happens.Ģ) Is there an audible alarm active once the engine is started and you attempt to move?īesides joystick the issue Gary describes, it could be on the drivetrain controller side of things. As things are not adding up, and you are reaching for things to try, let me ask a couple of questions for what it may be worth.ġ) Are you putting the “both” levers down “first”, “before” moving the joystick to forward? I ask this as the condition described (no faults, bump up/down works, continuity checked, but no movement), sounds like a safety interlock restriction preventing movement.
